There are certain steps you should take after being involved in any kind of accident.

1. You shouldn’t leave the scene of any auto accident before you:
  • Call the police. You need to report any automobile accident even if the damage was only minor. In cases where personal injury or major vehicle damage occurs this is especially important.

  • Turn on your hazard lights.
